James M. Nelson

James MacDonald-Nelson is a landscape designer and urbanist currently completing a post-professional masters in Urbanism at TU Delft in the Netherlands. Prior to relocating to Europe, James practiced landscape architecture in Toronto, Canada working on large-scale development projects across the city. Broadly, James’ research and design work are situated around the topic of ‘adaptation’. More specifically, our adaptive capacity as a species to respond to political and cultural changes as well as to environmental changes brought on by climate change.
