Iulia Fratila

Iulia Fratila is an architect and urban designer based in London. She has a multidisciplinary design approach which derives from working across various scales. She has an interest in the dynamics of cities and was a guest lecturer and critic at Kingston University London, Greenwich University and The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL). Iulia combines her architectural practice with research projects and has led a series of workshops focusing on irregular urbanism, mapping informal settlements across Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America in collaboration with international academic partners and local communities.
